at Okidoki Izakaya.
Let's see how to cook!!
This is our package and contains 2 servings of Soba and comes with soup.
Each servings are separated in sealed bags.
On the back of the package, You can find direction of cooking.
Prepare the toppings such as Green onions and Fish cake.
Put the topping you prepared in soup and heat it up.
Boil hot water for Soba
For Hot Soba, Cook Soba in boiling water for 3 mins
For Cold Soba, Cook Soba in boiling water for 3 and a half mins.
While cooking, stir the noodles.
Take out the noodles into a strainer and rinse with cold water.
For Hot Soba:
Put the noodles back in the hot water for a couple of a seconds to make it warm again.
Place Noodle in a bowl, pour hot soup over it (Add toppings if you needed)

Now you are ready to enjoy Toshikoshi Soba!!
